What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Now that you have decided that you want to work together, you may be wondering should I participate in coaching or individual therapy? Here are some FAQ's to help you decide which would be the best fit!
Therapy is process based and coaching is outcome based. In coaching we are focused and motivated towards the goal. This looks like everything we work on in a coaching dynamic, asking ourselves "do this get me closer or further away from the outcome I have set?". In terms of therapy, we also have outcomes and goals we are working on within our treatment plan, however we dive deeper into the process of what arises while working towards those goals. ​

What type of issues do you work with?
I work with women (13 and up) navigating a wide range of challenges, offering support through various life transitions, relationships shifts, or personal growth. I also focus on issues related to singleness and modern dating, helping women build confidence and find fulfillment in their unique journeys, despite societal expectations. Additionally, I address mental health concerns like anxiety and depression, as well as support for those dealing with disordered eating and the effects of trauma.
